does anyone have tips for getting grease off of the gears out of the tranny i am trying to fix a 4 speed tranny and cant seem to figure out a way to get the grease easily off the gears without ruining my clothes and having grease on my hands all day

um yes i sure do get like a 5 gallon bucket or like a plastic but container and put gas in a bucket or something  i just used a bucke and with enough gas to clean the grease off and let the gears sit in there for a day or a little bit

i use carb cleaner for all of my trannys.
