anyidea how to lock an rear axle i tried it but it just seem to breck

what tranny are you using and you can use extra spider gears  that have the same # of teeth

ride it until you brake it all the way!

Have you welded it before?  If you're not having any luck with that you could use extra spider gears as mentioend above.  Little more work, but it wont break on you, and you can always remove them!
