ok me and my brother finally put the new rear end on my murray 11/36 and we had bad gas it was runing but it started poping because of bad gas and staled and wouldnt start back up and  cleaned the carb still wont start back up checked the spark plug and it looked good but when i try starting it it smoke white smoke out of carb with out the air cleaner on it and out the exoust i know its got to be a fuel problem it is a 11 hp briggs and stration  please help me 

sounds like the needle on the float is leaking, that will dump ALOT of gas in the intake. a big back fire will crack the spark plug, causing it to fire up in the spark plug with weak detonation

um my brother put bad gas in it that smelled like karosine

Its rather simple- drain the gas tank and fuel system and carb, and put fresh gas in it- you might need a little gas poured down the carb to fire it up.

ive already didi that nothing happens but smoke coming out of carb and dangrustoys56 how your project go building the 4x4 lamn mower let me know
